Responsibilities
- Assist the mailroom staff on mail intake and processing, outbound mail as necessary and document management and destruction in prescribed intervals.
- Support the mailroom team.
- Effectuate all aspects of inbound mail handling including logging, scanning and storing inbound mail pursuant to established protocols, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- When necessary, coordinate outbound mail services as directed by the project teams utilizing our proprietary systems as outlined in established protocols, with the highest attention to quality controls.
- Assist with quality control of inbound mail when scanned into our proprietary database in order to ensure the scan is of a high quality, in the correct location and has been uploaded fully and appropriately.
- Provide reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance, and ensure that appropriate tracking of vendor invoices is handled in a timely manner to ensure accurate and prompt billing.
Requirements
- College degree or comparable work experience required.
- Experience in the legal field or in a service industry highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
- The ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

Pay
The current salary range for this position is $22 to $24.
