About the role

The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking load movements across North American Air Freight, Air Cargo, Sleeper Team, and DirectShip transportation networks. He/She coordinates equipment repairs and schedules adjustments for drivers. The Network Operations Analyst creates contingency transportation plans to ensure service goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Create contingency transportation plans to ensure service goals are met

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of the UPS Air and Ground Networks and knowledge of SLIC numbers used by UPS to identify locations
  • Able to work under stressful situations while maintaining good communication and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook - Preferred
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday 1500-2330ET
