About the role

The Analyst, Learning & Capability Building plays a crucial role in enabling and enhancing the execution of enterprise learning initiatives at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. They work closely with Learning Program Owners to support high-impact programs such as Compliance & Risk, Leadership, and Operations training.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor measurements and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and tools, tracking impact on individual and business performance and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal Hyatt functions to understand colleague and business learning needs, gather requirements, and support the development of learning deliverables.
  • Develop and execute program communications to stakeholders and end users, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Partner with and support the management of external vendors and contractors for the fulfillment of program deliverables.
  • Coordinate learning operations, including program logistics, registration, scheduling, and vendor-related activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes supporting learning strategy, including collection and use of HR data.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations as directed to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and support recommendations.
  • Support the development, curation, and refinement of learning content and materials, incorporating feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate program activities, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder inputs, and communication efforts across multiple workstreams.
  • Conduct discovery efforts by gathering inputs, organizing information, and contributing to the identification of key insights.
  • Organize learning content and tools to support business needs as directed.
