Analyst Lead, Business Analysis

Responsibilities
- Applies highly developed analytical skills to assess business intelligence data, leveraging historical information from diverse sources to inform and guide key business and product decisions.
- Develops actionable insights by analyzing industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors, contributing to the formulation of effective business solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to model the potential outcomes of implementing various business plans, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Coordinates externally with relevant stakeholders, utilizing networking skills to gather and integrate information on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and client dynamics, influencing decision-making.
- Designs and develops industry-leading frameworks for analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data, ensuring the continuous enhancement of analytical processes within the business analysis function.
- Advises and consults on complex business problems, providing expert guidance to lower-level professionals within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
Qualifications
This role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, along with a strong foundation of knowledge. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful project management, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams. Experience with business intelligence tools and methodologies is preferred.
