Responsibilities
- Issues trade confirmation, statements, and reports to investors and deals with investor queries.
- Completes all necessary Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and client verification checks.
- Assists with issuing and maintaining share registers, if applicable.
- Assists with redemption payments and maintains client subscription bank accounts.
- Identifies and manages investor problems and participates in their resolution.
- Assists in underlying investor audits.
- Carries out activities with financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth functional and industry knowledge.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Technical skills and systems knowledge.
Qualifications
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
- Related industry qualifications (e.g., ACCA) are preferred.
- The position may be entry-level.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and client verification processes.
- Ability to manage investor relations and resolve issues.
- Basic understanding of share register maintenance.
- Experience with redemption processes and client account management.
- Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems.
