Major Duties

  • Issues trade confirmation, statements, and reports to investors and addresses investor queries.
  • Completes all necessary Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and client verification checks.
  • If applicable, assists with issuing and maintaining share registers.
  • Assists with redemption payments and maintains client subscription bank accounts.
  • Identifies and manages investor issues and participates in their resolution.
  • Aids in underlying investor audits.
  • Carries out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.

Knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • In-depth functional and industry knowledge is required.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Technical skills and systems knowledge are required.

Experience

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
  • A related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) is preferred.
  • The position may be entry-level.

Pay

Salary range is $48,000 - $72,000 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. The company also offers a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
