Responsibilities
- Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and valuations.
- Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
- Prepare client presentations
- Perform due diligence
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Aid in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
- Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or other related field
- 1+year experience as an IB Analyst with a focus on Financial/Banks/Real Estate preferred
- Active 79 & 63 Licenses preferred, but will be required upon hire
- Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
- Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay
The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
