About the role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with professionals throughout the firm to deliver high quality advice to our clients.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in investment banking or capital markets is required
Extraordinarily high level of motivation, focus on work quality, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and decision-making abilities

Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, hungry, a self-starter, a leader, a team player, a multitasker, and a results-oriented individual
Qualifications

Pay
Expected base pay rates for the role will be $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
