Key Responsibilities
- Administers People & Culture (P&C) systems across core modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency.
- Analyzes somewhat complex system-related issues, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Configures P&C systems to support new initiatives, process changes, and ongoing updates, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring consistency in system usage.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate complex troubleshooting efforts to resolve system-related issues.
- Implements routine system updates, patches, and upgrades, collaborating with the IT team to minimize disruptions and maintain system stability.
- Evaluates existing P&C system capabilities, recommending improvements and new features that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Communicates system-related changes and updates to stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks within the P&C systems, enhancing overall efficiency.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Specialized Degree: Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
- Preferred Education & Experience: Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
- Span of Control: Does not manage Southwire Team Members
- Travel: None
