About the Opportunity
The Analyst II, Analytics supports the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within the healthcare technology ecosystem. This role combines product analytics and low-code development to drive innovation in Revenue Cycle operations. The position works cross-functionally to gather requirements, develop solutions, analyze product data, and deliver insights that influence product strategy and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements for AI Agent and low-code automation initiatives.
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models and low-code platforms.
- Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Design, develop, and test use cases using tools such as Copilot and Power Apps.
- Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analyses to inform product decisions.
- Demonstrate solutions and functionality to end users and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Contribute to innovation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting, robotic process automation, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML solutions in business environments.
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is preferred.
Pay
Salary range: $92,400–$126,000 per year, depending on experience, location, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
