Analyst I, Mass Spec Bioanalysis (LCMS)
About the role
Perform critical work that impacts our industry and global health by problem-solving and innovating in the Pharma LC-MS/MS lab. As an Analyst I, you will contribute to client success under the guidance of Senior Scientists, supporting regulatory submissions for drug discovery, preclinical, and clinical studies. This includes bioanalysis of drugs, metabolites, biomarkers, and active endogenous compounds in biological fluids and tissues.
Responsibilities
- Process, prepare, analyze, and verify samples, laboratory solutions, reagents, method development, and reports.
- Prepare study records and data summaries for senior scientists to aid in client updates and archiving.
- Independently create basic experiment plans and set up instrument configurations.

Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or another life science field.
- Exposure to or prior experience with GLP documentation, pipetting (air displacement, positive displacement, volumetric, etc.), and extraction techniques (e.g., protein precipitation, solid phase, or liquid/liquid).
- Basic ability to use (or learn) laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, centrifuges, and volumetric flasks.
- Coachable and curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow in Pharma LC-MS/MS.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, accuracy, and reliability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while working across multiple projects.
