Analyst I/II - LC-MS (Bioanalytical)

We’re looking for an Analyst I or Analyst II to join our LCMS team in San Diego and play a key role in supporting high-quality sample analysis for our sponsors. In this role, you’ll run LC/MS/MS assays, contribute to assay development and validation, troubleshoot methods, and run sample analysis projects from preparation through data processing and reporting. In alignment with our compensation philosophy and recruiting governance practices, the salary range for this role represents a good faith estimate of the base compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Individual offers are determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s experience, technical expertise, scope alignment, and internal equity considerations, as well as market data and geographic factors where applicable. As a result, final compensation may fall within or outside of the posted range and will be determined in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Analyst I Hourly Rate: $22.50-$27.50 per hour Analyst II Hourly Rate: $27.00-$35.20 per hour
