Analyst I, Digital Business
Job Summary
Under supervision, acts as a liaison between the Technology and the business of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts entry level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost / benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Under supervision by the Team Leader, acts as a liaison between technical staff and business owners.
- Coincides with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
- Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
- Aids project team with gaining business user acceptance.
- Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study.
- No High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS.
- No experience Business Administration and one year of related experience.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $68,420 - $98,417. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
