Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process daily and weekly data files accurately and by established deadlines
  • Deliver timely and accurate weekly payments; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent payment issues for the external sales team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders
  • Analyze billing and payment data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance analytical capabilities
  • Review financial statements and perform detailed variance analysis of profit and loss reports
  • Support the month-end close process in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Review contract documents related to the compensation grid to validate that all billing and payment changes are executed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve daily operational challenges, including managing tight and competing deadlines
  • Perform weekly and monthly billing reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information
  • Other duties as assigned based on departmental needs

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math, or related field
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to maintain confidentiality as appropriate
  • Acts decisively to develop a sound plan, and then moves to communicate, implement and monitor it effectively
  • Sets high performance standards for self and others; takes ownership and accountability for completing work projects successfully
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows and drive efficiency
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Self-starter with high energy who takes initiative with minimal guidance
  • Maintains a professional and positive attitude when collaborating with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
