METROPOLITAN STATE HOSPITAL-Located in Norwalk, Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities

• Assess the complex and sensitive training needs of MSH and assist in the development of a comprehensive training plan to address the needs based on the goals and objectives of the Department of State Hospitals.
• Perform work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments such as program evaluation and planning; systems development; training; and personnel analysis.
• Assist in coordinating and maintaining the hospital's training programs; organize new training and monitor state compliance and identified DSH-required trainings.
• Provide technical services including audio-visual support to maintain the mission of the Training Office.
• May be required to work weekends and light statewide travel.
