Job duties

• Serves as a site-specific coordinator for the Mental Health Services program and Quality Management Support Unit (QMSU).
• Performs difficult and complex duties involved with major projects, including the installation of a performance management system for continuous program monitoring, evaluation, and improvement.
• Provides technical consultation in related data applications, quality improvement processes, and proof of practice documentation.

Qualifications

• Analyst I: Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Analyst II: Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis; and An additional year of professional analytical and/or technical experience equivalent to an Analyst I, Range C.
