We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Let's parse.
We have:
- Intro: "Eversource will not offer immigration-related sponsorship..." That's a note about sponsorship; could be part of About the role? It's a condition. Might be included in About the role.
- Then: "Supports the implementation of the Eversource Quality Control program as it relates to any of the following: construction, maintenance, meter service, leak survey, corrosion, damage prevention, LNG and I&R activities at Eversource Gas. Ensures that work and activities are performed in accordance with all federal, state, and company construction standards and procedures and all safety rules and standards established by the Company and required by law. The QC Analyst has the authority to direct and stop, if necessary, work to ensure compliance with all requirements. This position is an authorized company representative when on job sites and has the authority to make decisions, within their area of responsibility, on behalf of the Company."
That's description of role.
- Then "Essential Functions:" list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods. Could be responsibilities.
- Then "Qualifications:" with subparts: Technical Knowledge/Skills, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions, Mental Aspects.
- Then "#gasajd Competencies:" list of competencies.
- Then "Compensation and Benefits: Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. Check out our careers site for an overview of our benefits programs. Salary is commensurate with your experience. This position is eligible for a potential incentive. The annual salary range for this position is: $95,600.00-$106,220.00 Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings: 1 Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs is part of every employee’s role. If employed, you will be given an Emergency Restoration assignment. This means you may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours and location."
- Then EEO statement etc to be removed.
We need to avoid boilerplate: immigration sponsorship note maybe not boilerplate but it's a condition; we can keep as part of About the role.
We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove EEO statement and VEVRRA etc.
We need to include sections only when real specific content.
Let's decide sections:
- About the role: could include the sponsorship note and the description of supporting QC program, authority, etc.
- Responsibilities: could be the Essential Functions list.
- Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications (Technical Knowledge/Skills, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications) as Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe we could treat Qualifications as separate but we already used Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we have Technical Knowledge/Skills, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions, Mental Aspects. Could split: Requirements = Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications; Qualifications = Technical Knowledge/Skills; Skills = maybe the competencies list; Benefits = benefits description; Pay = salary range; Schedule maybe not present (no schedule specifics). So we should not include Schedule.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay section? Actually Pay section we have salary range specific, plus note "Salary is commensurate with your experience." That's somewhat filler but we have actual range, so we can include Pay section with the range and maybe note about incentive. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we cannot have a Pay section that only says "Salary is commensurate with your experience." But we also have actual range, so we can include that. The phrase "Salary is commensurate with your experience." is filler but we can keep it as part of the paragraph alongside the range; it's not the sole content. Probably acceptable.
Benefits: we have "Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. Check out our careers site for an overview of our benefits programs." That's vague but still some content. Might be considered filler? It's not specific benefits like health insurance etc. But it's still some info. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Benefits and Pay into a "Compensation and Benefits" section? But we have separate headings allowed. Could we make a Benefits section with that text? It's thin but maybe okay. However we could omit Benefits section if it's too vague. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The benefits description is not specific; it's generic. Might be better to omit Benefits section. But we have Pay section with specific range, so we can include Pay.
We also have Worker Type, Number of Openings, Emergency Response. Those could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Additional Info". Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as a paragraph.
Competencies list: could be Skills section.
Thus sections:
- About the role: include sponsorship note, description of QC program, authority, worker type, openings, emergency response maybe.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
- Requirements: Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions, Mental Aspects? Might be too much. Could split: Requirements = Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications; Qualifications = Technical Knowledge/Skills; Skills = Competencies; Working Conditions and Mental Aspects maybe part of Requirements or separate? Not in headings list. Could include them under Requirements as additional bullets.
- Qualifications: Technical Knowledge/Skills.
- Skills: Competencies list.
- Pay: Salary range and incentive note.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must output only HTML fragment.

for readability but not required. We'll put each bullet as
maybe. Better to use
for prose,
- for lists. For About the role, we have several statements; could be multiple <
