About Endeavor

Endeavor is the leading global network of entrepreneurs scaling exceptional businesses. Its mission is to develop thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems where talent is abundant but capital and opportunity are limited. Endeavor selects high‑potential scale‑up founders (including fast‑growing AI companies), supports them through pivotal moments, invests via the Endeavor Catalyst fund ($840 M+ AUM), elevates entrepreneurs as role models, and advances global entrepreneurship through data‑driven research.

Our Values

  • Entrepreneur First: Passion for entrepreneurship’s power to change the world.
  • Go Big: Curiosity that drives ambitious questioning and follow‑through.
  • Network of Trust: Candor in communication and relationship‑building with founders and staff worldwide.
  • Pay It Forward: Willingness to roll up sleeves and ask “what can I do?” before “what can I get?”
  • One Endeavor: Thriving in a diverse, multicultural environment with colleagues from dozens of countries.

Analyst Program

The three‑year Analyst Program provides hands‑on experience working directly with founders and building expertise in emerging‑market entrepreneurship and venture capital. Based in New York City, analysts report to the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection and may spend time in other global hubs (San Francisco, London, Singapore, Dubai) through short‑term exchanges or longer‑term assignments. High‑performing analysts can continue their careers within Endeavor’s global team or move into VC or high‑growth tech roles.

About the Role

Analysts on the Entrepreneur Selection team conduct due diligence on companies in the candidate pipeline, create in‑depth written profiles covering product, market opportunity, and growth strategy, and support strategic and operational projects. The role involves direct interaction with founders and CEOs of high‑growth scale‑ups across sectors such as fintech, AI, commerce, B2B software, healthcare, and frontier tech (e.g., space, biotech, quantum). Analysts also analyze trends across Endeavor’s 35+ markets and help execute monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs), which may involve travel to locations like Athens, São Paulo, and Bali.

Responsibilities

  • Construct 2‑4 polished business profiles per month for candidates at the International Selection Panel stage.
  • Build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams and founders while diligencing candidate businesses.
  • Analyze and develop understanding of emerging markets, venture capital, and industry sectors.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and deliverables, raising the bar on ISP execution and profile quality.
  • Support strategic initiatives spanning operations, product/tech, data, and other areas alongside senior team members.
  • Participate in and help coordinate International Selection Panels, both virtually and in‑person.

Qualifications

  • Entry‑level position open to recent college graduates; exceptional applicants with 1–2 years of experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, and/or venture capital.
  • Relevant experience in high‑performance environments such as startups, scale‑ups, venture capital, finance, or consulting.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, Gemini) for automation, data analysis, or tool building.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the United States.
  • Keen business intuition with the ability to quickly grasp financial statements, metrics, and sector dynamics across geographies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise, objective writing and edit for clarity.
  • Detail‑oriented with ownership of deliverables and proactive error detection.
  • Self‑driven organizational skills to manage cyclical profile development alongside strategic projects.

Pay

Base salary: $75,000 with an end‑of‑year bonus.

Benefits

  • Generous benefits package covering monthly health, dental, and vision premiums in full.
  • 401(k) match.
  • Opportunities for international travel, including extended projects at Endeavor offices worldwide after the first year.
  • Hybrid office environment (three days per week in the office).
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Additional perks: cell‑plan coverage, commuter benefits, Calm Premium subscription, discretionary team learning and development budget.
