About the Opportunity

The Analyst, Business plays a key role in bridging business needs and technology by analyzing requirements, enhancing processes, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. This position contributes by ensuring projects align with organizational goals and by improving operational efficiency across various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, process maps, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
• Support the Enterprise Project Management team in delivering strategic initiatives
• Participate in project planning, risk identification, testing, and implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional communication throughout project lifecycles
• Analyze current business processes to identify improvements in efficiency and customer experience
• Develop current-state and future-state process documentation
• Recommend process improvements to reduce complexity and enhance effectiveness
• Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, and workflow automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting enterprise or cross-functional projects with remote teams and Agile methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar for productivity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: Experience with Digital Commerce/eCommerce platforms, CRM, ERP, PIM, APIs, system integrations, UAT, Jira, Adobe Commerce (Magento), OpenCart, or manufacturing environments

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
