Analyst Data Management

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with partner and business requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams.
• Partner with cross functional teams to validate information, clarify data discrepancies, and maintain smooth workflows.
• Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem solving, testing, and refinement.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
• Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of business experience preferred.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience learning new technical applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SharePoint or AEM a plus.
• Comfortable operating independently in a contract role with minimal onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
