Analyst, Corporate Development and Venture Capital

About the role

Our client, a leader in the healthcare space, is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Development and Venture Capital to support corporate development and venture capital initiatives. The analyst will drive end‑to‑end deal execution, financial analysis, and diligence work across strategic growth priorities, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and shape investment decisions.

Location: Remote (U.S.‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Drive deal processes from inception to completion, including timeline and strategy development.
• Manage due diligence processes and external third‑party relationships.
• Build financial models and support company projections for potential transactions.
• Lead cross‑functional corporate development projects with senior leadership and business development teams.
• Convert strategic insights into actionable business cases and development opportunities.
• Refine and establish operating systems within the corporate development team.
• Communicate corporate development strategies with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, transaction accounting, venture capital/private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience in M&A and due diligence processes.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership success and ability to develop others.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $103,600 – $142,400.
