Analyst, Corp Dev

Responsibilities

• Research potential acquisition targets and conduct in-depth company research
• Follow and understand industry trends and new technology relevant to PTC’s business
• Conduct research and financial analysis to support business model and the negotiation of deal terms
• Absorb and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external advisors during due diligence processes
• Create material for presentations to Management and Board level audiences
• Become a trusted advisor to Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and PTC management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
• 1-2 years in a Corporate Development, private equity, management consulting, product management, or investment banking role a plus; 2+ years of business experience
• Ability to think strategically and tactically with a attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create Management Presentations and Board materials
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
• Able to build and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships
• Able to earn trust and to influence and motivate others without authority
• Fluent with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $87,600 - 115,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
