Analyst -Computer Systems Support

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze, validate, and interpret large datasets, create dashboards and reports, and support data-driven business decisions while adhering to Apple’s security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Follow Apple security, compliance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Python, R, or data automation tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI.

Pay

$45,000 - $60,000 a year
