Who You'll Work With
As a member of Galaminds, which has varied professionals and is driven by an innovative culture, you will engage with analysts in our Automotive & Assembly practice, serving major businesses, manufacturers, suppliers, and startups in the transportation (passenger cars, heavy-duty vehicles, urban mobility, etc.) and industrial sectors (machinery, construction equipment, etc.). You will be part of a global management consulting firm’s market research team, supporting clients’ most challenging operational and strategic concerns. We are devoted to assisting companies in driving meaningful change.
You will collaborate with a large group of industry influencers on disruptive topics such as autonomous cars, connected vehicles, electric vehicles, shared mobility, sustainability, and more. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Galaminds consultants to conduct end-to-end research in response to specific client requests.
- Gather data, information, and analytics to support problem-solving initiatives and focused industry research.
- Analyze and synthesize critical client queries, transforming findings into final deliverables using Galaminds’ formats, including models, presentations, and written communications.
- Act as a thinking partner to client teams and clients.
- Work with global research colleagues to build and codify knowledge on emerging, cutting-edge topics relevant to Galaminds and our clients in the sector.
Depending on your skills, you may be hired at the junior capabilities and insights analyst or capabilities and insights analyst level.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable institute, particularly in a subject related to engineering or automobiles.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or allied sectors, preferably in market research or consulting.
- Experience working in a research capacity at a think tank, market research organization, consulting firm, or as a securities/industry research analyst at a bank; or any research-related role in business.
- Strong expertise in the automotive sector is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong command of business language and understanding of economic, financial, and economic principles.
- Ability to work proactively both individually and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and goal-oriented team atmosphere on a wide range of research topics.
