About the role

We’re looking for a data-driven Analyst with a passion for social trends. You’ll leverage analytics to inform strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and guide clients in making data-backed decisions. This role is energetic, innovative, and forward-thinking, focusing on engaging with communities and staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. You’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for leading brands.

Why you'll love it here

  • Collaborative, fun culture with a love for celeb gossip
  • Passport program allowing you to work from one of our 16 global offices, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, and London
  • Celebration of wins—and learning from losses
  • Commitment to social impact, from carbon offsets to community kitchens

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks for social media campaigns, defining KPIs and success metrics
  • Incorporate artificial intelligence to support data analysis, visualization, research, and insights mining
  • Create insightful reports and presentations that clearly communicate social media performance and insights to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media insights into broader marketing strategies
  • Interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Identify patterns and trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing and advertising strategies
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations that communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Connect diverse cultural references to uncover meaningful, non-obvious opportunities for brand growth

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience in social media analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A strong command of data analytics and content performance metrics
  • Effective collaboration skills

Qualities we value

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
  • Not just interested in following trends—you want to create them
  • A self-starter who takes ideas from concept to execution and navigates feedback like a pro
  • Deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences
  • Diverse perspectives and unique voices, especially those not traditionally embraced by advertising
