Its Risk & Analytics team plays a key role in guiding business strategy by optimizing approval rates, conversion, loss reduction, and profitability. The team supports various functions including machine learning, product development, engineering, capital markets, and commercial operations, working across the entire customer and merchant lifecycle to tackle issues such as fraud risk, checkout conversion, and international expansion. About the Opportunity:The ANALYST I position within the Risk & Analytics organization involves using data to assess business performance and identify opportunities that support better decision-making. The role contributes by executing analytical tasks under senior guidance, leveraging technical skills to optimize strategies, monitor portfolio health, and provide actionable insights. This position is foundational for building expertise in consumer lending analytics and impacts the organization by supporting informed growth and risk management. Responsibilities:Analyze data to uncover insights that optimize product, risk, and growth strategies.Monitor performance metrics, user behavior, and economic trends to flag risks and anomalies.Develop and maintain scalable reporting using SQL and Python.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and compliance teams to align data models with regulations.Support alignment of new product launches and market entries with operational capabilities.Integrate AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency and data analysis. Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.Experience with data mining, visualization, and basic statistical modeling.Understanding or strong interest in consumer lending regulations and machine learning applications.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
