Responsibilities
- The development of financially viable agreements in support of divisional sales and profit goals.
- Evaluating and processing field transactions.
- Administration of contract membership eligibility.
- Pricing dispute resolution related to GPO membership eligibility.
- Maintaining the contracts files and the associated systems.
- Cooking with the Sales Force (including TMs, DMs and RMs), the Directors of National Accounts, Health Systems Vice Presidents, Strategic Customer Vice Presidents, and Contract Offer Development team on the effective implementation of complex, critical contracting membership activities which manage business opportunities appropriately.
- Supporting the Sales Force with field transactions such as pricing inquiries, quotations, trade-outs, pricing discrepancies, IDN transitions, and other various ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- A BS in Business or equivalent business experience.
- 2 years contracts experience.
- 1 year finance and/or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of i5 and JD Edwards software.
- Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented and analytical.
- Decision making, effective communication, and self-motivation skills.
- Professionalism in person, via email, and over the phone.
