Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within first year; support available)

Skills

• Strong financial and Excel-based modeling skills
• Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
