Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a leading investment management firm looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate-level Analyst to join its Investment Technology team. This is not a traditional requirements-gathering BA role. You'll take ownership of key business systems and work across technology, data, and investment teams to improve how the business operates.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve a core Security Master application, including integrations and surrounding processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve business processes
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting used by senior leadership and stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement new technology, AI, and automation solutions
• Project manage initiatives from idea through implementation
• Partner across Engineering, Analytics, Investments, Investor Relations, Operations, and Finance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience across Business Analysis, Data, Investment Technology, or Business Systems
• Strong SQL and Python
• Experience working with data warehouses and/or visualization tools
• Understanding of private credit, private equity, or alternative investments
• Strong communicator who can work directly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Someone who naturally asks: "How can we make this process better?"
