About the Role

A Registered Nurse is responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data related to network utilization and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization and cost containment reports with recommendations based on findings.
• Oversee the development, organization, and maintenance of diverse healthcare data.
• Create processes to clean and integrate complex datasets for analytics and insight generation.
• Supervise completion of special projects requested by internal departments or external agencies.
• Manage timelines for reports and projects, ensuring quality through reviews and checks.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience; 5-7 years preferred.
• RN license highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
