Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an Analyst with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience navigating AI platforms to support proposal development for a large, multi-office Oil & Gas Engineering Firm (Keystone Engineering, Inc.). The ideal candidate will help coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, manage content libraries, support schedule tracking, and assist with proposal strategy.

Requirements

• B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related degree.
• 3-5+ years of professional working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI platforms for content generation, research, or productivity.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a collaborative team approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
