About the Role

Registered Nurse responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data to evaluate network utilization and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, analysis, and presentation of healthcare utilization and cost reports, offering actionable recommendations.
• Oversee development, organization, and maintenance of diverse healthcare datasets.
• Develop processes for cleaning and integrating complex datasets to support analytics and insights.
• Supervise completion of special projects for internal departments, regulatory agencies, or external organizations.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure quality through reviews and checks.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; 5-7 years preferred.
• RN license highly preferred.
