About the role

The Analyst 2 – Strategic Sourcing/Logistics position is a full-time, 100% onsite role at HM in Malvern, PA from June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products in and out of inventory.
• Achieve accurate order fulfillment and prepare shipments according to customer specifications.
• Maintain organized and safe warehouse spaces, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or equivalent industry.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
