Logistician 2

Assist a multi-functional team in the development, procurement, and manufacture of unique devices for the Government as a subject-matter expert. Interface directly with program managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering to fulfill material requirements in the development of devices.
• Track and inventory all Contractor Acquired property for the organization.
• Interact with government tracking system (JIRA) to access and fill purchase requests in a timely manner.
• Track purchases from order to delivery and update the JIRA system to reflect up-to-date information.
• Utilize Excel and AI assistance to develop and create support documentation for invoicing all purchases.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies, including completing all training requirements and participating in emergency response tasks.
• Comply with operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements outlined in job-related plans, procedures, and policies.

Work Environment

• Work takes place in a mix of corporate office and laboratory environments, requiring driving between the two spaces.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (MPO TS/SCI poly).
• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management is preferred.
• 10 years of experience as a Logistician.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation.

Pay

$110,000 – $155,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
