About the role
The CoE is dedicated to enabling commercial strategy and driving profitable sales growth by focusing on front-office initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction, and aligning with client Go-to-Market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the response process for contract instrument solicitations, including solicitation review, kickoff meetings, contract analytics, and document retention.
- Monitor government and third-party sources for new contract instrument solicitation opportunities.
- Manage the entire contracting lifecycle from receipt of RFP to award, including ongoing monitoring and maintenance of agreements.
- Develop and audit Commercial Sales Practices (CSP) and conduct TAA compliance verification.
- Prepare final response packages and ensure appropriate document retention after contract award.
- Lead the RFP response process, monitor opportunities, and prepare final response packages.
- Review modeling for bids/RFPs and advise customers on offer strategies.
- After contract award, ensure award contract information is entered into the client's contract management system, verify product listings, and maintain proper documentation.
- Complete and submit SP-30 forms for mass modifications and ensure proper document retention.
- Maintain contract extensions and close out contracts, resolving outstanding orders and invoices.
- Develop and analyze price impact tools for new contracts and track customer and trade agreement acts.
- Collaborate with Government Contract Analytics Analyst to validate and modify contracts as required.
- Support audit requirements and update client registrations in government websites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of business experience, or 10+ years of extensive experience in the applicable area preferred.
- Strong contracting strategy mindset, capable of delivering well-thought-out recommendations.
- Validated leadership skills and ability to manage multifaceted contracts from start to finish.
- Strong customer-centric skills and ability to adapt to customer needs while protecting client interests.
- Excellent communication and change management skills, able to present and defend ideas to internal leaders and stakeholders.
