Headcount: 1. Location: Hybrid; Reno, NV; Huntsville, AL; Boulder, CO; fully remote acceptable for senior level. Contract: 12 months; start date 2026-09-18. Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis for solid rocket motors.
• Convert CAD models into finite element models.
• Develop load cases.
• Perform structural dynamic analysis.

Requirements

• Structural analysis experience with rocket propulsion (solid or liquid).
• Space and defense hardware background.
• Disqualifier: Zero rocket propulsion experience (e.g. pressure vessels from boilers or non-aerospace domains).
