Analog IC Design Manager
About the role
Direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Responsibilities
- Direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
- Evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives.
- Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements
- Minimum education - Master's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
