Analista strutturale
About the role
As a Structural Analyst at Capgemini Engineering, you will work on projects in the Aerospace & Defense sector within our Mechanical & Physical Engineering practice. You will be a key contributor in the following activities:
- Creation of FEM models;
- Execution of structural analyses (linear static, modal, non-linear);
- Technical customer support for product optimization;
- Validation of aeronautical components (wings, ribs, spars);
- Verification of composite material components.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEM) and composite materials;
- Excellent knowledge of the following software: Hypermesh, PATRAN MSC / NASTRAN (SOL 101, 103, 105, 106; SOL 400 usage is a plus);
- Familiarity with structural calculation in the aeronautical field and with GFEM – DFEM modeling;

Pay
Annual gross salary (RAL) ranges:
- From €31,270 to €40,150 for CCNL Commerce Level 2;
- From €35,057 to €57,475 for CCNL Commerce Level 1.
The salary range complies with European and national pay transparency regulations. The minimum value corresponds to the base salary under the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the specified level and role. The final offer will be determined based on skills, professional experience, seniority, and alignment with Capgemini’s compensation and classification system, ensuring objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Schedule
On-site work in Turin or Milan. Permanent contract under the CCNL Commerce agreement.
