About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Data Analyst to support asset management, optimize maintenance strategies, and facilitate data-driven decision-making within our operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to assets, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret information from CMMS/ERP systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Develop strategies to optimize asset utilization, maintenance, and resource allocation.
• Perform failure and root cause analysis using statistical tools and R where applicable.
• Support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and condition monitoring analysis.
• Contribute to proactive maintenance planning and operational risk assessment.
• Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for decision-making.
• Promote best practices in data analysis and management within the team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in mining or industrial maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems and maintenance data analysis.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Experience in risk analysis and optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to communicate technical information and complex data clearly.
• Familiarity with the Waterfall model for project management.
• Leadership ability, adaptability, and capacity to work in a dynamic environment.
