Responsibilities
- Disseminate and maintain management system tools by monitoring programs and providing training for employees.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of management systems, gathering information and feedback to evaluate implemented programs and procedures.
- Collect and monitor data to build indicators.
- Maintain updated spreadsheets and control tools.
- Document and audit administrative processes.
- Monitor the execution of activities related to cafeteria and kitchen services, asset security, civil maintenance, air conditioning, and cleaning/conservation of facilities in support of various company areas.
- Conduct measurements related to service contracts.
- Develop procedures for your area of expertise.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement through data analysis.
- Support other activities related to your area of expertise.
- Contribute to team motivation and performance improvement.
- Perform activities in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
- Desirable: Complementary courses in Personnel Department/Labor Legislation.
Skills
Technical (Personnel Department)
- Knowledge of Personnel Department routines, such as:
- Hiring and termination (documentation, verification, and deadlines).
- Timekeeping (treatments, adjustments, and closing).
- Vacation management.
- Benefits control (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, accommodation, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT).
- Experience with high-volume hiring processes (differential).
- Support in onboarding new employees.
- Knowledge of eSocial (differential).
Systems and Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (data control, spreadsheets, and reports).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS/RM) (differential).
- Ease with administrative systems and controls.
Administrative Support Routines
- Organization and control of physical and digital documents.
- Support in administrative demands of the unit.
- Interface with areas such as corporate HR, SESMT, and operational leadership.
- Control of information related to accommodation and employee movement (when applicable).

- Organization and attention to detail (essential for Personnel Department).
- Sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Operational Requirements
- Availability to work at an operational unit (UPC).
- Availability for a dynamic routine and field demands.
- Availability to stay in accommodation as per the operational schedule.
- Desirable: Previous experience in industrial, forestry, or operational environments.
