About the role

Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Advance Compensation. Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully:

  • gather and document client business requirements
  • design and configure the Workday solution
  • demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems
  • assist in testing the Workday solution
  • complete knowledge transfer to clients

Responsibilities

Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
Communicate clearly and concisely.
Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support

Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification
  • 5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (a plus)

$81,000 - $122,000

Schedule

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
