Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving equipment-related complaints in accordance with maintenance procedures.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
- Serving as a point of contact for maintenance activities while adhering to formal procedures and safety practices.
- Troubleshooting hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical systems to identify root causes.
- Using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
- Supporting electrical maintenance activities, including 3-phase 480V and single-phase 120V systems.
- Aiding in inspection and repair of equipment to ensure operational reliability and complaint closure.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of complaints, findings, and corrective actions.
- Utilizing basic computer systems for reporting and tracking maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Technical diploma OR 1 year of relevant industrial experience in electro-mechanical functions (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or electronics).
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing instruments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Certifications such as A/C, Electrical Maintenance, or Stationary Engineer are preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including shift-based schedules, as needed.
- Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
