Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Experience in utilities CIS and/or AMI, MDMS implementations
• Experience with Integration of CIS/AMI with other systems such as Field systems, Call Center, Web, Asset and Work, Outage etc.
• Experience with functional understanding of business processes required for AMI rollouts, Metering, billing, work management etc. in regulated utilities
• Experience with requirements modelling and other tools to improve quality and productivity of IT teams
• Experience of leading development teams, working with client teams/SMEs at operational and leadership levels
• Experience in preparing and executing testing involving AMI projects

Skills

Preferred:

• Ability to mentor distributed teams and operate effectively in multi-vendor, multi-location delivery environments
• Functional Testing knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Pay

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Rosemead, CA: $96,713 to $132,661.
