About the role

Fiore Montessori School seeks a talented and passionate 0-3 Guide to join our 0-3 team. A fully AMI accredited school, Fiore offers a dedicated faculty and supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide children aged 3 months to 3 years in a Montessori environment
• Implement the Montessori Method, including the use of Nienhuis materials
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning space
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain high standards of education and care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching sessions

Requirements

• AMI accreditation or willingness to pursue it
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with children aged 3 months to 3 years
• Strong understanding and implementation of the Montessori Method
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about Montessori education
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Montessori approach
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
