Responsibilities
- Lead a vibrant Montessori elementary classroom
- Inspire lifelong learners through child-centered, purpose-driven education
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology
- Engage effectively with students, parents, admin, and colleagues
- Manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks
- Nurture children's curiosity and foster a love for learning
- Adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment
Requirements
- AMI Elementary Diploma or proof of enrollment in AMI Elementary Diploma program (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Montessori Elementary Guide
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Passion for nurturing children's curiosity and fostering a love for learning
