Responsibilities

• Lead a vibrant Montessori elementary classroom
• Inspire lifelong learners through child-centered, purpose-driven education
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology
• Engage effectively with students, parents, admin, and colleagues
• Manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks
• Nurture children's curiosity and foster a love for learning
• Adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment

Requirements

• AMI Elementary Diploma or proof of enrollment in AMI Elementary Diploma program (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Montessori Elementary Guide
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Passion for nurturing children's curiosity and fostering a love for learning
• Flexibility and adaptability

Pay

$70,304.00 USD per year

Schedule

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

Full-time, in-person
