About the role
Demonstrate the value proposition of GM Financial to assist dealers in selling more new and used vehicles. Manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve quality, pricing, and volume objectives. Support and market GM Financial/AmeriCredit products. Maintain effective communication with dealers and internal partners. Develop business plans aligned with corporate goals. Achieve Field DRM key performance criteria. Resolve funding issues with FundsNow and work with Funding Managers and Team Leaders. Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action. Identify and resolve dealer issues presenting excessive risk to GM Financial, such as portfolio issues, fraud, buy-backs, dealer agreement violations, dealer personnel, etc. Collect monies owed to GM Financial.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of consumer lending policies and procedures
- Knowledge of dealership operations and indirect auto finance industry
- Knowledge of marketing and operational trends and tactics
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Able to professionally represent GM Financial

- Able to work a flexible schedule including extended business hours, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Subject to stressful situations
- Some travel required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in sales, credit underwriting, or ancillary services is preferred
