About The Bone Builders Program

The Bone Builders program is an exercise program designed to prevent (and even reverse) the negative effects of osteoporosis. It is based on research from Tufts University, which shows that strength training twice a week can significantly reduce the risk of fractures due to osteoporosis. Participants in the program have gained bone density, become stronger, and improved their balance, leading to a reduction in falls and promoting healthy aging.
