Key job responsibilities

As a Schedule Controls Manager, you will be part of a highly efficient team providing centralized scheduling expertise across the AMER construction portfolio. AMER Schedule Controls ensures GC scheduling specification adherence, drives delivery consistency, and validates schedule assumptions on the most complex data center builds in the world. You'll navigate complex scheduling challenges at the portfolio, cluster, and project level. You'll scrutinize schedules, identify critical paths, validate delivery methodology assumptions, and collaborate with TiPMs, Construction, and Pre-Con teams to conduct weekly schedule quality reviews and validate inputs for planning cycles.

• Conduct weekly schedule quality reviews on active builds against the AMER scheduling specification
• Validate GC schedules (pre- and post-contracted) against committed milestones (H2C, NEA, PFHO)
• Develop and maintain schedules at L1–L5, including logic ties, resource loading, and delivery cadence assumptions
• Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios to support proactive intervention
• Create schedule reports and dashboards for regional and executive audiences
• Support field audits to validate schedule accuracy and process adherence

Key Responsibilities Include

Travel domestically up to 50% to support active builds and milestone readiness assessments.
