About the role

A Program Controls Scheduling Manager is needed for AECOM's Los Angeles office. This role involves overseeing program controls activities, coordinating across multiple projects, managing resources, and providing guidance to project controls teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees program controls related activities for medium-sized programs or specialized controls elements of larger programs
  • Leads coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives
  • Identifies and addresses interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts
  • Collaborates with project managers to ensure adequate resource availability and utilization
  • Works closely with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives
  • Provides guidance and oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements
  • Maintains monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their effectiveness
  • Facilitates clear and concise communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Provides regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience scheduling on large infrastructure programs - transportation, water, education, or sports, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Experience with schedule evolution from estimating through design - construction - closeout including changes

Additional Information

Sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this role. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 per year.
