Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of construction documents for amenity-focused interior projects
- Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and consultants to effectively translate design intent into buildable solutions
- Coverage across all disciplines, including MEP and structural consultants, to ensure integrated project delivery
- Resolve complex technical and constructability challenges with thoughtful, practical solutions
- Contribute to project quality, documentation standards, and overall team efficiency
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in interior architecture (amenity or hospitality experience strongly preferred)
- 5 years of advanced proficiency in Revit across all project phases
- Strong understanding of building systems and multidisciplinary coordination
- Prior proven ability to produce, manage, and review high-quality construction documents
- Clear communicator who works well in a collaborative, professional environment
